Bridgehampton,
NY September 1967 CanAm practice. John McGinnis sent this
from the starters bridge during Friday practice. As it was
Friday, the sponsor decals were not on yet on the bodywork,
so it is very clean.

This
picture was taken by Mike Odell thru a Chevy dealers window
in Plymoth, Wis. near Elkart Lake to get a better view of
Mark and George Follmer's Lola T70's for an upcoming race.
It was the only way to get close up pictures of the cars
back then. What a fantastic picture.
